10. Drink more water

Most of people don’t drink enough water every day. Water is necessary for our bodies to function. Do you know more than 58% of the body consists of water? Water is essential for body functions, removing waste, and carrying nutrients and oxygen throughout the body. Since we lose water daily through urine, bowel movements, sweat and breathing, we need to replenish our water consumption.

9. Get enough sleep.

When you don’t feel well comfortable, you compensate by eating more. Usually, it is an unwanted food. Get enough rest and don’t need a snack to stay awake. Also, lack of sleep causes premature aging and you don’t want to!

8. Meditation

Meditation calms your mind and calms your soul. If you don’t know how to meditate, don’t worry.

7. Choose the exercises you enjoy

When you enjoy sports, you want to do it naturally. Exercise is not about suffering and pushing yourself; it’s about health and enjoyment at the same time. Adding the difference to your workouts will make it interesting.

6. Eat small meals

Choose several small meals over large meals as they distribute your energy distribution. It is also best for your stomach as it does not excessively digest a large amount of food in one go. In general, eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. You do not need to wait until the official meal times before you start eating. Listen to your body and what it tells you.

5. Eat what you need

It is better to eat less in line with your energy needs, rather than eating it excessively and working on excess calories through exercise. When you eat too much, you are stressing the digestive system by making it digest more food than you need, and when you exercise too much, you are stressing your body.

4. Eat healthy snacks

If you are hungry at work, eat healthy snacks like fruits, vegetable juices, and yogurt. These are foods and do not give you this sugar rush. Make them easily available so that you can have a snack and pause when you have your fill. Stay away from cookies and candy bars.

3. Get regular checks

Some diseases do not show symptoms until it is too late. Get regular urine tests with blood tests for blood sugar, vitamins and minerals. More detailed tests such as mammograms (for women), PAP mutilation (for women), colonoscopy, etc. should be performed at recommended intervals. If the test results are not optimal, then you can take corrective action quickly. If it’s cool, then it’s cool and you can feel peace of mind!

2. Working on different parts of the body

Don’t just do the heart (like running). Give your body a proper workout. The easiest way is to participate in sports because they work on forming different muscle groups. Popular activities where you can get a good body workout are walking, swimming, hiking , basketball, tennis, badminton, squash, yoga and frisbee.

1. love your self
