Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages crescent roll dough
  • 2 (21 oz) cans apple pie filling
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. First Crescent Dough Layer: Roll out the first package of crescent roll dough and fit it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread Cream Cheese Mixture: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the crescent roll layer.
  5. Add Apple Pie Filling: Spoon both cans of apple pie filling on top of the cream cheese layer and spread it out evenly.
  6. Second Crescent Dough Layer: Place the second package of crescent roll dough on top of the apple pie filling.
  7. Melted Butter and Cinnamon: Pour the melted butter evenly over the top layer of crescent dough. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the melted butter.
  8. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-34 minutes, or until the bars are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  9. Cool and Cut: Allow the bars to cool before cutting into squares or bars.
