Stuffed Cheese Shells

 

Stuffed cheese shells are a delicious and comforting dish that combines pasta shells filled with a creamy cheese mixture, baked in a flavorful spaghetti sauce. Perfect for a cozy family dinner or entertaining guests, these shells are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of giant pasta shells (boil first)
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • 15 ounces of ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
  • 1 cup of fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic, minced

 

Preparation:

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients mentioned above with mozzarella cheese.

Step 2: Put the sauce in the pan, pour it over the sauce and top it with mozzarella (use a good function ice cream scoop).

Step 3: Place foil on top, set oven to 350, bake for 25 mins, and remove foil. Bake for another 5 mins.
