Ingredients:

  • 1 20oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter, sliced into pats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice), sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Top the mixture with the sliced butter pats and sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown.
