Garlic Roasted Chicken Thighs with Parmesan Gravy 

A savory, one-pan dish featuring crispy chicken thighs in a rich, creamy Parmesan gravy. Perfect for a family dinner or a potluck, this recipe uses common ingredients and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • ⅔ cup shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add thyme and stir until fragrant.
  6. Pour in bone broth and whisk in heavy whipping cream.
  7. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisking until combined.
  8. Return chicken thighs to skillet, then roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Serve with sauce spooned over chicken.
