1 cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

12 egg roll wrappers

Butter-flavored cooking spray

Instructions
1. Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Fill and Roll the Egg Rolls

Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface in a diamond shape.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of the cheesecake filling just below the center.

Add 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling on top.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.

Seal the edge with a dab of water.

Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
3. Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
4. Air Fry the Egg Rolls

Spray each egg roll lightly with butter-flavored cooking spray.

Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, keeping them slightly apart.
