Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these air fryer chicken wings are a treat for any occasion. With a blend of spices to give them that extra kick, they’re sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings (recommended party pack**)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Rub:
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to preheat at 182°C or 360°F.
- Prepare the Rub: In a small mixing bowl, combine all the rub ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Prep the Chicken: Using paper towels, pat the chicken wings dry to ensure a crispy skin.
- Coat the Chicken in Oil: Place the chicken wings in a resealable bag. Add the olive oil to the bag and shake well, ensuring that the wings are evenly coated with the oil.
- Arrange and Cook: Place the chicken wings in the preheated air fryer in a single layer, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Cook for about 10 minutes on each side.
- Final Crisping: Adjust the air fryer’s temperature to 390°F. Cook the wings for an additional 6 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of crispness.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove the wings from the air fryer and serve hot. Perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce!
These look yummy and seem easy to make, my favorite kind of recipes!
