Ingredients
-
1 bag of Alexia Sweet Potato Fries (seasoned or plain)
-
Optional: Light cooking spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
-
Optional: Garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, or other preferred seasonings
Instructions
1. Preheat the Air Fryer
-
Set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
-
Let it preheat for 3–5 minutes to ensure an even cook.
2. Prepare the Fries
-
Add half a bag (or enough for a single layer) of frozen sweet potato fries to the air fryer basket.
-
Optional: Spray lightly with oil to boost crispiness.
-
Shake the basket to spread fries into an even layer—avoid overcrowding.
3. Air Fry to Perfection
-
Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
-
For extra crispy fries, add an additional 1–3 minutes, but keep a close eye to prevent burning.
4. Season and Serve
-
Immediately season with your choice of garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, or fresh herbs.
-
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
-
Best served immediately after cooking for max crisp.
-
Use a silicone spatula to remove fries gently—metal can damage the air fryer basket.
-
These fries are a healthy alternative to fast food and great for kids and adults alike.
