Instructions

1. Prep the Oven & Muffin Tin

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease with nonstick spray.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together:

  • Flour

  • Sugar

  • Baking powder

  • Cinnamon

  • Nutmeg

3. Combine Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk:

  • Egg

  • Milk

  • Melted butter
    until smooth and well combined.

4. Mix Wet and Dry

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined—do not overmix.

5. Fold in Apples

Gently fold in the diced apples. The batter will be thick.

6. Fill Muffin Tin

Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.

7. Bake

Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8. Cool and Enjoy

Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
