Instructions

1. Preheat and Prepare:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Roll out your pie crust to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.

  • Lightly fold the edges up to form a raised border, just like pizza crust.

2. Make the Apple Layer:

  • In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

3. Make the Crumb Topping:

  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon.
