Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 large egg, beaten

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prep

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Make the Cheese Mixture

In a large bowl, mix mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

Add flour and beaten egg, and stir until a sticky dough forms.
Step 3: Shape and Coat

Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

Roll each ball in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help them stick.

Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: Chill

Refrigerate the cheese balls for 15 minutes to help them hold their shape during baking.
Step 5: Bake

Lightly brush the tops of the cheese balls with olive oil.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Step 6: Serve
