Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prep

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Make the Cheese Mixture

  • In a large bowl, mix mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

  • Add flour and beaten egg, and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Step 3: Shape and Coat

  • Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

  • Roll each ball in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help them stick.

  • Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4: Chill

  • Refrigerate the cheese balls for 15 minutes to help them hold their shape during baking.

Step 5: Bake

  • Lightly brush the tops of the cheese balls with olive oil.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

Step 6: Serve

  • Serve warm with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
