Ingredients

3 medium zucchinis, sliced into ¼-inch rounds

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Zucchini

Wash and slice the zucchinis into ¼-inch thick rounds.
3. Season Zucchini

In a large bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
4. Layer Ingredients

Arrange a layer of zucchini slices in the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the zucchini layer.

Repeat layering zucchini and cheese until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cheese layer on top.
