Instructions
1. Prepare the Sponge Cake

2. Roll the Cake (While Warm)

Immediately invert the cake onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.

Carefully peel off the parchment paper.

Roll the cake (starting from the short end) with the towel inside to shape it.

Let cool completely in rolled form (this prevents cracking).
3. Assemble the Filling

Unroll the cake gently.

Spread whipped cream evenly over the surface.

Arrange banana slices in a single layer.

Drizzle caramel sauce over the bananas.
4. Roll, Chill & Serve

Re-roll the cake tightly (without the towel this time).
