Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 tsp coarse black pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

1. Marinate the Beef

  • In a bowl, combine the flank steak, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and cornstarch.

2. Make the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and black pepper.

  • Stir until well combined and set aside.

3. Sear the Beef

4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables

  • In the same pan, add the garlic, onions, and bell peppers.

  • Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened but still vibrant.
