Instructions
1. Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine the flank steak, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and cornstarch.

Let marinate for 15 minutes to tenderize the meat and enhance flavor.
2. Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
