Ingredients
-
4 lobster tails
-
1/2 cup unsalted butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1/4 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 teaspoon paprika
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
-
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails
-
Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top shell lengthwise from the open end toward the tail.
-
Gently lift the lobster meat through the cut, laying it over the shell for an attractive presentation.
-
Place the prepared lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet.
2. Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce
-
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
-
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
-
Stir in the lemon juice, heavy cream, paprika, salt, and pepper.
-
Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened.
3. Brush and Broil
-
Preheat your oven’s broiler on high.
-
Generously spoon or brush the garlic butter sauce over each lobster tail.
-
Reserve about 1/4 of the sauce for serving.
4. Broil the Lobster Tails
-
Broil about 5–6 inches from the heat source for 7–9 minutes.
-
Baste the lobster with additional sauce once during cooking.
-
The lobster is done when the meat is opaque and lightly browned on top.
5. Garnish and Serve
-
Transfer the broiled lobster tails to serving plates.
-
Drizzle with reserved sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
-
Serve with lemon wedges for a bright, zesty finish.
Notes
-
Choose lobster tails that are similar in size for even cooking.
