Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups crushed cornflakes

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional)
Instructions
1. Make the Peanut Butter Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
2. Add the Crunch

Gently fold in the crushed cornflakes, stirring until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
3. Shape the Balls

Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.

Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Melt the Chocolate

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

Add vegetable oil for smoother dipping, if desired.
5. Dip and Chill

Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it fully.

Return to the lined baking sheet.

Chill for another 15–20 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
