Ingredients:

  • 12 raw shrimps (adjust to your preference)
  • 1 serving of linguine pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour (for thickening)
  • Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • White wine (not shown)

Directions:

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the butter, a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of white wine. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the raw shrimps to the pan.
  4. Season the shrimps generously with Cajun seasoning according to your liking.
  5. When the shrimps turn pink on one side, flip them and cook for an additional minute. Remove the cooked shrimps from the pan, leaving the liquid.

  7. Bring the mixture to a boil and gradually whisk in sprinkles of flour until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  8. Reduce the heat to medium-low and return the cooked shrimp to the pan.
  9. Toss the shrimp to coat them with the creamy sauce.
