  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

  • 1 can (14 oz) caramel sauce

  • Extra whipped topping and whole pecans, for garnish


Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and chopped pecans.

  • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust.

  • Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.

2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling

  • In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.

  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust in an even layer.

3. Add the Caramel Layer

  • Pour the caramel sauce over the cream layer and spread gently with a spatula to cover the surface.

4. Garnish and Chill

  • Add decorative dollops of whipped topping and place whole pecans on top for garnish.
