Instructions
- Preheat and Prep:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Roll the pastry tightly into a log, starting from one of the longer sides.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the log into ½-inch rounds.
- Bake:
- Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Let the rolls cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a shiny finish, brush the rolls with an egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water).
- If the pastry becomes too soft to handle, pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes before rolling.
