1 pound of ground beef

2 cans of tomato soup

3 cups of shredded cheese (any kind will work, such as cheddar or mozzarella)

1 pound of shells (or any pasta you prefer)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Cook:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Prepare the Pasta:

While the beef is cooking, prepare the shells according to the package instructions. Be sure to reserve some pasta water before draining the shells.
3. Combine Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, tomato soup, cooked shells, and half of the shredded cheese. Add a small amount of the reserved pasta water to help mix everything together.
4. Assemble the Casserole:

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
5. Bake:

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
