- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
1. Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until fully combined and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Fruit
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, green apples, and grapes.
- Gently toss to mix the fruits evenly.
3. Assemble the Salad
- Add the cheesecake filling to the fruit and gently fold to coat all the fruit evenly.
- Sprinkle with granola or crushed graham crackers for a satisfying crunch.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top for extra sweetness.
4. Chill & Serve
