Description

Cheesecake Fruit Salad is a creamy, fruity delight! Fresh strawberries, green apples, and grapes are tossed in a luscious cheesecake filling, topped with granola or crushed graham crackers, and finished with a caramel drizzle. Perfect as a dessert or side!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 cups green apples, cored and diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup granola or crushed graham crackers (for topping)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

1. Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Fruit

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, green apples, and grapes.
  2. Gently toss to mix the fruits evenly.

3. Assemble the Salad

  1. Add the cheesecake filling to the fruit and gently fold to coat all the fruit evenly.
  2. Sprinkle with granola or crushed graham crackers for a satisfying crunch.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top for extra sweetness.

4. Chill & Serve

  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend and the filling set slightly.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • If making ahead, add the granola and caramel right before serving to maintain the crunch.
  • Serve in small cups or parfait glasses for a beautiful presentation.
  • Experiment with flavored cream cheese (like strawberry or honey pecan) for a fun twist.
