Ingredients

2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions
1. Boil the Potatoes

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

Add diced potatoes and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until fork-tender.

Drain well and return the potatoes to the hot pot.
2. Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

3. Mash and Mix

4. Add Cheese and Season
