Instructions
Cook the Beef:
- In a large pan, sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until fragrant and softened.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces with a spoon.
Make the Sauce:
- Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Prepare the Buns:
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer each bottom bun with a slice of cheddar cheese.
