  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese (for gooey, melty goodness)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (for a golden, buttery crust)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)
  • Salsa or sour cream (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
    • Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Dough:
    • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.
  3. Fill and Seal:
