Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Grease or line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix the Batter

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  • Add the almond extract.

  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients

  • Stir in flour and salt gradually until the batter is fully incorporated.

  • Spread about 3 cups of the batter evenly in the pan.
