CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of chicken breast
  • 100 grams of rice
  • 1 potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 liter of water
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Place the chicken breast in a pot with enough water. Add the chopped onion, garlic clove, and a pinch of salt. Also, add the potatoes and carrots.
  2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and add the peeled and chopped tomatoes along with a little more garlic. Season with salt and fry.
  3. Add the fried tomatoes to the pot when the water starts to boil.
  4. Add the rice to the pot and let it cook over low heat for the next 20-25 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve this delicious chicken broth with rice using a ladle.
