Instructions

1. Bake the Cinnamon Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

  5. Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk, starting and ending with flour. Mix just until combined.

  6. Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners (fill about ¾ full).
