Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, softened butter, salt, egg yolk, and vanilla extract.

Mix until the dough comes together.

Press the dough evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

While the crust bakes, beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.

Gradually add sugar and blend well.

3. Assemble the Bars

4. Prepare the Churro Topping

Mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Remove cheesecake from oven and drizzle topping evenly over the surface.

Use a spatula to spread the topping gently.
5. Final Bake and Chill

Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to set the topping.

Allow bars to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
