Cinnamon Apple Pie Cake with Glaze
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 1 package white cake mix (2 layer)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1-1 1/2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, ground cinnamon, sour cream, eggs, and water until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon the apple pie filling over the batter, covering the entire surface.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
- Once cooled, make the glaze by mixing confectioners’ sugar and milk.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cake.
