Ingredients
Scale
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup pecans, chopped (for a nutty crunch)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (for a rich, creamy filling)
- 3 large eggs (for structure and richness)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adds sweetness)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for richness and flavor)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (enhances the flavor)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (adds warmth and depth)
- 1/4 tsp salt (balances the sweetness)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Pie Crust: Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan and set aside.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Assemble the Pie:
