- Cabbage
- Corned beef

Instructions:
- Prepare Corned Beef:
- Ensure the corned beef is tender. Use slow cooking methods for this purpose. Place tender cuts of beef in a slow cooker and brine the meat using chicken or beef stock to enhance the flavor. Let it cook for about four hours. Adjust cooking time as needed for tenderness.
- Prepare Cabbage:
- Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Place the onions, carrots, and any additional desired ingredients in a pot.
- Add a little water and cook the cabbage until it turns translucent. Add butter, stir, and season to taste using salt and pepper.
- Prepare Gravy:

I also cook my potatoes with it. Better flavor. And be sure to cut properly to insure tenderness …across the grain, to cut any tough fibers.
