1 (10.25 oz) can cream of chicken or cheddar soup

1 pint (16 oz) sour cream

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ cup finely chopped onion

2 cups grated Colby cheese

¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prep the Oven and Dish

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
2. Mix the Casserole Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine:

Cream of chicken or cheddar soup

1½ cups grated Colby cheese
