Ingredients

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Chocolate shavings or curls (optional)


Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated.

  • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

  • Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until completely smooth and creamy.

  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream using a spatula until well incorporated. Do not overmix.

3. Assemble the Cheesecake
