Ingredients

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust

In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated.

Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
2. Make the Filling

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until completely smooth and creamy.
