Instructions
1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Base

In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
2. Combine All Ingredients

Add the well-drained pineapple, 1 cup of coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and the dry gelatin powder to the bowl.
