Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak

  • 12 oz medium shell pasta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • Salt & black pepper

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup beef or chicken broth

  • 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Fresh parsley,


Instructions

1. Cook the Shell Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  • Add shell pasta and cook until al dente, according to the package instructions.

  • Drain and set aside.

2. Sear the Steak Bites

  • Pat the steak dry with paper towels.

  • Season with garlic powder, Cajun seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over high heat.

  • Sear steak bites in batches (2–3 minutes per side) until browned.

  • Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

  • Add 2 tbsp butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.

  • Stir in the beef or chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

4. Add the Cheese

  • Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and the sauce is thick and velvety.

5. Combine and Finish

  • Add the cooked shell pasta to the sauce and toss gently.

  • Return steak bites to the pan and stir everything together.

  • Let simmer for 1–2 minutes to blend flavors.

6. Serve and Garnish

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Serve hot with garlic bread or a crisp side salad

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor.

  • For a richer taste, use bone broth instead of regular broth.

  • You can double the sauce if you like your pasta extra creamy.
