1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak

12 oz medium shell pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

4 cloves garlic

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup beef or chicken broth

1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
1. Cook the Shell Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add shell pasta and cook until al dente, according to the package instructions.

Drain and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak Bites

Pat the steak dry with paper towels.

Season with garlic powder, Cajun seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over high heat.

Sear steak bites in batches (2–3 minutes per side) until browned.

Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add 2 tbsp butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.

Stir in the beef or chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
4. Add the Cheese

Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and the sauce is thick and velvety.
5. Combine and Finish

Add the cooked shell pasta to the sauce and toss gently.

Return steak bites to the pan and stir everything together.

Let simmer for 1–2 minutes to blend flavors.
6. Serve and Garnish

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
