Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Coating:
    • In a shallow bowl, mix the Ritz cracker crumbs with garlic salt and black pepper.
    • In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  3. Coat the Chicken:
    • Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
    • Press the chicken into the cracker mixture, turning to coat evenly on all sides.
  4. Arrange and Add Butter:
