Instructions
- Layer the Ingredients:
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Top with butter, chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and celery.
- Mix the Broth:
- In a bowl, combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the crock pot.
- Cook:
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- Shred the Chicken:
- Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
- Add the Biscuits:
- Cut the refrigerated biscuit dough into quarters.
