Ingredients:
- 1 pound of boneless ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound of fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 pound of baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
Directions:
- Place the ham, green beans, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Pour the broth over everything in the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the green beans are cooked to your liking.
- Serve hot and enjoy this hearty and delicious Ham and Vegetable Stew!
