Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups macaroni noodles, uncooked
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350-370°F and boil the macaroni noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef for approximately 4-5 minutes.
- Season the ground beef with garlic salt, chili powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a separate bowl, combine the tomato sauce, cream of chicken mushroom soup, and drained corn.
- Add the tomato sauce mixture to the skillet with the browned ground beef.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and mix all ingredients together.
- Transfer the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- During the last 15 minutes of baking, sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.
- Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove the casserole from the oven.
- Serve the delicious hamburger casserole hot and enjoy!
