Deviled Egg Bouquet

 

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Crab meat
  • Cream cheese
  • Green onion
  • Paprika
  • Salt

Directions:

1. Hard Boil the Eggs: Start by thoroughly hard-boiling the eggs. Once cooked, allow them to cool completely.

2. Prepare the Eggs: Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the top of each egg in a cross shape, going slightly down the sides of the egg. Gently remove the yolks and transfer them to a medium-sized bowl.

3. Prepare the Filling: In the bowl with the egg yolks, add crab meat, cream cheese, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of paprika. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and smooth. If desired, adjust seasoning to taste.

4. Fill the Eggs: Transfer the egg yolk mixture into a piping bag. Alternatively, if a piping bag is not available, a Ziploc bag with a corner cut off can be used as a substitute. Pipe the filling into each of the hard-boiled egg whites, ensuring they are evenly filled.

5. Add the “Stem”: Carefully use a straw to poke a hole into the bottom of each filled egg. Insert a trimmed piece of green onion into the hole to create the appearance of a tulip stem.
