Instructions
- Cook the Noodles:
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic:
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
- Toss the Noodles:
- Add the drained noodles to the pan.
- Season with salt, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to combine.
- Add the Cheese:
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the noodles and toss until the noodles are evenly coated.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately, topped with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
