Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles:
    • Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Garlic:
    • In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  3. Toss the Noodles:
    • Add the drained noodles to the pan.
    • Season with salt, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to combine.
  4. Add the Cheese:
