Ingredients:
- 500g Ground beef
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup Refried beans
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 2 Green onions, chopped
- Tortilla chips
Instructions:
Step 1:
- In a medium-sized pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned.
- Add the taco seasoning, water, and refried beans to the browned beef. Stir everything together and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.
Step 2:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Step 3:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the nacho cheese sauce for 20 to 30 seconds or follow the instructions on the package until it’s smooth and creamy.
Step 4:
- Drizzle the nacho cheese sauce evenly over the tortilla chips.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 5:
- Top the cheesy nachos with the seasoned ground beef.
- Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions over the beef.
