Ingredients

12 large marshmallows

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Filling

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter.

Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Let the chocolate cool slightly to thicken.
Step 2: Assemble the S’mores Bombs

Dip each marshmallow halfway into the melted chocolate.

Immediately roll the chocolate-coated side in crushed graham crackers.

Place the coated marshmallows onto a parchment-lined tray.

Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
Step 3: Make the Batter

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
