- ½ cup grated Parmesan (adds a cheesy, nutty flavor)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (for a herby touch)
- Salt & pepper to taste (essential for seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Cook the Steak Bites: While the potatoes are roasting, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter. Once the butter melts, add the steak cubes in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Season the Steak: Sprinkle the steak bites with garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), and additional salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve and Enjoy: Plate the steak bites alongside the crispy Parmesan roasted potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
