- 1 lb large or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Coat Shrimp:
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Arrange and Roast:
- Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast:
- Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Finish:
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the roasted shrimp.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish the roasted shrimp with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
