Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey breakfast sausage (or ground beef,-free)

1 can (16.3 oz) large flaky biscuits, quartered

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 large eggs

1 cup whole milk
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
¼ tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp black pepper

Butter or nonstick spray for greasing the baking dish
Instructions
1. Preheat and Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch glass baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
2. Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey sausage until browned and crumbled.

Drain any excess fat and set aside.
3. Cut and Layer the Biscuits

Quarter each biscuit.

Evenly scatter the biscuit pieces across the bottom of the baking dish. Do not press them flat—they’ll rise beautifully while baking.
4. Make the Egg Mixture

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
5. Assemble the Casserole

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces.

Sprinkle the cooked sausage across the top.

Add a layer of cheddar cheese, followed by mozzarella cheese for a delicious melt.
6. Bake

Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is completely set.
