- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the Pasta – Boil macaroni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and mix with melted butter.
- Whisk the Sauce – In a medium bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, regular milk, eggs, and garlic salt until well combined.
- Layer the Ingredients – In the baking dish, layer 1/3 of the macaroni, then 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Pour & Bake – Evenly pour the milk mixture over the macaroni. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
- Bake to Perfection – Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
