  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Pasta – Boil macaroni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and mix with melted butter.
  3. Whisk the Sauce – In a medium bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, regular milk, eggs, and garlic salt until well combined.
  4. Layer the Ingredients – In the baking dish, layer 1/3 of the macaroni, then 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Pour & Bake – Evenly pour the milk mixture over the macaroni. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
  6. Bake to Perfection – Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
