GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of penne pasta, cooked to your liking
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook the ground beef until just cooked through and drain off any remaining fat.
  3. Reduce stove heat to medium and add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir the mixture until the cheese is completely melted.
  4. Combine the meat and cheese mixture with the cooked penne pasta and transfer to a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake the casserole for 15 minutes.
  7. Once done, serve and enjoy your delicious and cheesy ground beef casserole
