Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
- Grated cheddar cheese (enough to cover the casserole)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste to the beef mixture. Stir well.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, and drained whole kernel corn.
- Add the cooked macaroni and the beef mixture to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
