Honey Cinnamon Roll-Ups – Flaky phyllo wrapped around spiced nuts, baked golden, and drizzled with honey! Irresistibly crisp, sweet, and perfect for brunch or dessert
Ingredients

6 sheets phyllo dough, thawed

½ cup crushed walnuts or pecans

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup honey, warmed for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prep the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Make the Cinnamon Nut Filling
In a small bowl, mix:

½ cup crushed walnuts or pecans

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cinnamon
3. Layer and Butter the Phyllo

Lay one sheet of phyllo on a clean surface.

Brush lightly with melted butter.

Add another sheet on top and repeat until you’ve stacked three sheets, brushing each one.
4. Add Filling & Roll

Sprinkle a generous layer of the cinnamon-nut mixture evenly over the top.

Gently roll the sheet stack into a tight log.

Place seam-side down on the lined baking sheet.

Repeat with the remaining sheets to create two logs total.
5. Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
6. Finish with Honey
Remove from oven and immediately drizzle each roll with warm honey. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes

Make sure to fully thaw your phyllo dough before use (overnight in the fridge works best).

Don’t overfill—too much filling can tear the delicate dough.
